Vehicles and their equipment are becoming increasingly sophisticated. This places growing demands on all those who drive and maintain the vehicle.
At the same time, heavy demands are also made on those who manufacture and sell the vehicle. One such requirement is that the driver must receive comprehensive information on the best possible way of handling the vehicle and its equipment. The Scania Driver Program is therefore included as part of all new vehicle deliveries.
The Scania Driver Program is arranged at our Windhoek premises. This covers all important information concerning the new vehicle and everything belonging to it, such as its operation characteristics, handling and maintenance etc. The driver will benefit from the advice and hints he is given under relaxed conditions before he starts using the vehicle.
Every new vehicle purchase also includes pre-delivery tests & inspection. The vehicle has been road-tested and adjusted at the factory before delivery to Truck Namibia (Pty) Ltd. Moreover, prior to delivery, Truck Namibia (Pty) Ltd has carried out the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), all in line with Scania world-wide standards.
